Let’s Talk About Habits…
Good ones, bad ones, we all have them, right?
Every quarter I and my clients review our habit…
What do we need to START, STOP or CONTINUE…?
It’s a great exercise and definitely worth the time…
I use a Rhythm Register…
What’s a Rhythm Register?
A simple one page document where in the first column you write the action/behaviour you want to start, stop or continue, the days of the week across the top the final column is to review how you did, oh and a image of something that is going to motivate you at the top of the page…
What does RHYTHM stand for…
R – right goals not should goals
H – how much do you want it use scale of 1-10 anything below an 8 you’re just not committed to it
Y – you if it’s to be it’s up to you
T – today, tomorrow this is about starting new habits that will help you in life
H – habits good ones bad ones we all have them we have a choice to stop the bad ones, start new ones and of course continue with the great ones you already have
M – motivational your register is not a stick to beat yourself with it’s about motivating you to be the best you can be
