C…Can’t do business without them
U…Understand your customers, who are your ABCD clients?
- A clients are Awesome they are great to do business with, they pay you on time and they are out there actively promoting you and your business
- B’s are Basic they have the traits of an A client but they only refer to you if you ask them too
- C’s are the ones you can’t deal they are hard work but do have the potential to become at least a B client once you’ve educated them
- D’s should be Dead to your business, they sap the life out of you, they demand your time and energy, complain about the price and getting them to pay is like getting blood our of a stone…let them go and be successful with one of your competitors
S…Support, we all need support in business and in life it’s not a sign of weakness it’s actually a sign of strength
T…Talk, it’s good to talk but when was the last time you talked to your customers without trying to sell to them?
O…Opportunities, are you making the most of the opportunities you have with your customer, a big opportunity often missed is asking for the referral
M…Moment, be in the moment with your customers don’t be looking over their shoulder looking for who’s next, your customers will remember how you made them feel long after they had the benefit of what is was you sold them
E…Education, an educated customer is a great customer, how do you educate your customers?
R…Repeat customers how do you get your customers to come back to you?
S…Success, we all want success in our business and in our lives. Success is different for each and everyone of us. Our business is the vehicle to give us the life we want so we need to define what that looks like
Customer service really is the difference that makes the difference in business and it’s something we can ALL GET RIGHT
