Did you know there are more than 5,000 types of frogs?
Last week I shared 10 business frogs you might want to consider eating for breakfast…
Here’s the link if you missed it… https://www.mpcforprofit.com/eating-frogs/
How did you get on, did you eat any of your frogs?
This week I’d like to share with you some personal frogs you might want to consider adding to your breakfast menu…
🐸 Ending or renegotiation a relationship… now this is a really tough one, life is too short to be in a poor relationship, one that makes one or indeed both partners unhappy which also has a knock-on effect for those who are closest to you.
🐸 Booking holidays and taking time to recharge… No one performs at their best with a low battery, taking time to recharge can be one of the best investments you make in life.
🐸 Scheduling doctors’ appointments… too many times people are told ‘If only you had come sooner’. You and only you are responsible for your health, do you want to be fit and healthy or sick and miserable book the appointment before you’re blue-lighted to A&E.
🐸 Spending QUALITY time with loved ones… that means not just in the same room while on your electronic device of choice, actually talk to people, play board games, go for a walk, plan an event. So many young and old actually spell LOVE – TIME so give them the time before it’s too late.
🐸 Unresolved conflicts or arguments… holding a grudge has got to be one of the biggest wastes of energy if you’re not happy with something speak up don’t let it fester.
🐸 Planning for retirement… hopefully you’ll get to live a long retirement not everyone is blessed to live that long, so make sure it’s a happy one without financial fear.
🐸 Doing your will… always a great idea to have this sorted out and let those involved have a copy that way you can deal with any challenges before it comes into place.
🐸 Do your lasting powers of attorney… even more important than you will after all your will only kicks in when your dead and if you don’t have one the laws of intestacy will kick in, but who do you want to have control of your financial and health decisions should you lose capacity in my mind this is a bigger 🐸 than writing your will.
🐸 Dealing with clutter at home… there is so much stuff in our homes that we often don’t get to see the things that have real value to our keeping hold of. If you’ve not worn it or looked at it and it doesn’t have an emotional value get rid, give it to charity, or recycle it someone else may be really grateful you did.
🐸 Get a personal trainer… saying ‘yes I’m a gym member’ is not going to get you fitter if you’re serious you need some support and accountability so go get what you need see 🐸 number 3.
So, there you go 10 more frogs what are you going to do about your frogs, will you eat them and eat them for breakfast or will you tolerate them?
Let me know what you do…
